A Message from Linda
Welcome to Serente Jazz & Wine Escapes.
What began as a tribute to my late mother and a lifelong love of smooth jazz has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined. Serente was born during one of the most difficult seasons of my life, when music became my source of healing, comfort, and hope. I quickly realized that I wasn’t alone. So many people are carrying their own challenges, losses, and stresses—and for a few hours, music has the incredible power to help us escape, reconnect, and simply breathe.
Today, Serente Jazz & Wine Escapes is more than a concert series. It is a community of music lovers, wine enthusiasts, friends, and supporters who come together to celebrate life through unforgettable experiences featuring National Recording Artists in intimate and unique settings.
Our mission is simple: to create extraordinary experiences that bring people together through great music, meaningful connections, fine wine, and lasting memories. Whether you are attending one of our Smooth Jazz Concerts, WineDown events, VIP Meet & Greets, or future Retreats, our goal is for you to leave feeling inspired, uplifted, and already looking forward to the next experience.
We are also proud to support and champion the incredible artists who dedicate their lives to creating the music we love. Their passion, talent, and commitment deserve to be celebrated and supported.
Most importantly, Serente is about family. From our artists and sponsors to our loyal guests who travel from near and far, each of you has become part of this journey. For that, I am forever grateful.

About Linda
Hello and welcome!
I’m Linda Cuffari, Founder of Serente Jazz & Wine Escapes.
Like many of our guests, smooth jazz has been the soundtrack to my life for decades. Since the late 1980s, I’ve been drawn to the soulful sounds of the saxophone, the groove of a great bass line, and the way music has the power to bring people together regardless of age, background, race, or beliefs.
Artists such as Boney James, Grover Washington Jr., Dave Koz, David Sanborn, Dee Lucas, Jackiem Joyner, Brian Culbertson, Gerald Albright, Julian Vaughn, Brian Simpson, and so many others have provided the soundtrack to some of life’s greatest joys—and helped carry me through some of its most difficult moments.
A few years ago, after experiencing one of the most heartbreaking losses of my life with the passing of my mother, I found myself searching for healing. Time and again, I found comfort in smooth jazz concerts and the incredible sense of community they created. For a few hours, people could set aside life’s challenges and simply enjoy the music, the friendships, and the experience.
That realization inspired me to create Serente Jazz & Wine Escapes.
What began as a tribute to my mother and a personal passion has grown into a boutique entertainment company producing intimate smooth jazz concerts, WineDown experiences, VIP artist meet-and-greets, and special events featuring National Recording Artists.
Along this journey, I have been fortunate to work with incredible artists and industry professionals who have believed in the Serente vision. I am especially grateful to National Recording Artist Dee Lucas, whose friendship, guidance, support, and partnership have played an important role in helping Serente grow. From artist relationships and production support to sharing ideas and helping create unforgettable experiences for our guests, Dee has been a valued part of the Serente family from the beginning.
Since launching in 2024, Serente has welcomed guests from across the country and produced multiple sold-out events in both Las Vegas and Houston. Our guests often tell us that Serente events feel different—and that’s exactly our goal.
We intentionally create experiences that are personal, welcoming, and memorable. Whether you’re attending your first event or your twentieth, we want you to feel like family.
At Serente, we believe great music does more than entertain.
It heals.
It connects.
It inspires.
It creates memories that last long after the final song has ended.
